Mike Rushin, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Central Arkansas and graduate of Mills High School (1990) and Rhodes College (1994).

Since college, Mike has devoted his life to his family, his chosen career (RushinHome.com), and his philanthropic work. With over 30 years in real estate and property management, Mike has developed a wealth of knowledge in managing investments across various socio-economic groups.

Mike's commitment to service extends beyond business. He has volunteered conducting Public Relations for Shriners Hospitals for Children, mentoring young men of DeMolay International, serving on the Board of Governors for the Shriners Hospital in Shreveport LA, and coaching youth sports.

Known for his generous spirit and creative problem-solving, Mike believes in civic and charitable endeavors. His motto: "if I ever slow down, or grow up, then dig a hole because I'm probably dead" reflects his non-stop energy and passion for serving others.
